colorado trip

Posted 03-Feb-2016 on Orbitz
I had a 4:15 A.M. filight. I had to leave my room due to a fire alarm (they were under construction/remodeling) I do not believe it was anybodies fault but it was annoying.

I checked out a day early even though I had pre-paid. This hotel is disgusting and filthy. Creepy.

Worst hotel ever...when we pulled into parking lot...i cried..broken windows...the pics on the website r a lie. Whoever owns it...should d ashamed of themselves. The only reason we didn't go some where else..was cause we didn't know the area. Spoiled the 1st part of our anniversary get away,

This hotel is horrible and shouldn't be on your site. It's filthy dirty, in a horrible.neighborhood the bar in front of the hotel scans customers for guns. We went in and left.

Pros: not much. The staff was very nice!
Cons: lots
Location: The location is not in the best area. again very deceiving from online. Not really that close to airport
Did not look the same as online. Does not have a very Reputable reputation in the area. Was not very clean and updated. The blanket on the bed was old, worn and nubby. The bathroom was not clean even left an open soap in the tub. The blow dryer did not work.

NASTIEST PLACE I EVER STAYED

Posted 21-Aug-2015 on Hotels
This hotel needs to be shut down. It's really shady, unclean to the point it is not healthy. Someone needs to call inspection and shut down this place. ALSO I paid $80 for a night, which made me think when I booked that the hotel must be decent...it's a rip off.

Low quality all around

Posted 15-Aug-2015 on Hotels
This experience was close to the nastiest experience of my life. The staff never told us when check out was and barely said a word to us. The room was gross. Three of the three lamps in the room where visibly broken. The comforter had blood stains on it. Plus my friend said there was blood on the toliet seat in the bathroom. If we were staying any longer than the one night we would have went somewhere else but we spend very little time there.

Run down hotel near airport

Posted 15-Aug-2015 on Hotels
Very run down hotel in an industrial (and a bit seedy) part of southwest Cleveland, near Hopkins airport. Hotel is kept fairly clean however it has seen better days. In my room, the bathroom mirror looked like it was going to fall off of wall. Many doors were missing room numbers. Worn carpet. The RTA Red Line Brookpark stop is roughly a mile away providing access to airport and downtown Cleveland.

Location good for what I wanted to do in the area

Posted 06-Aug-2015
Pros: Location was really the only thing I liked about it.
Cons: Pool area, offer more television channels and maybe some fresh fruit and juice for breakfast.
Location: Outside of airport; roadways were confusing based on map quest. Were no attractions nearby to visit.
Room smelled very musty. Jacuzzi was in non working order and the pool area had more water on outside around than one would expect. Television did not have a good scope of channels to watch. Free continental breakfast: there was not enough provided and no one maintaining and it opened later than one would expect for a motel. When I asked for managing the turnpike on my way to Cedar Point, the woman working the desk said she could not help, kept backing away from me saying that she has never been to C.P., won't go to C.P., and therefore could not answer my questions. I also put a sign on the door asking that my room be cleaned while I was away, when my daughter and I arrived back after 8pm, the room had not been cleaned and I had no towels for the next day. I had to go ask for towels, and was asked to bring my dirty ones back to the counter myself. Also, the toilet did not flush as properly as it should and they said it was fine.
