We have private parking next to the home and the back entrance has keyless entry to enter the home. You will receive the code to the home and to your room the day of your stay. Please be aware and respect our house rules ⚠️ House rules: 🚫ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES — ZERO EXCEPTIONS 🎉 This home is monitored by neighbors and staff who notify us instantly if a party or event takes place. If an unauthorized gathering happens, your reservation will be terminated on the spot and you’ll be required to vacate immediately without a refund (this includes no refunds on any unused nights). Any cleanup related to a party or \`gathering\` no matter the size will also incur additional cleaning fees and labor/material fees for any damages that were caused. 🤫 We have decibel readers that track noise levels outside (these do not record conversations). We have had noise complaints from neighbors and have a $500 fine for excessive noise levels between 10pm-8am. 🐾 A max of 2 dogs are allowed for a flat fee of $125/stay. NO CATS ALLOWED. Requests to bring a 3rd or 4th dog are subject to approval and will incur an additional $100 fee. 🚫 Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to reservation cancellation without refund.
