Front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. The room...high point the heating system - I liked that it has a sleep mode for the fan, which keeps the fan running steadily rather than loudly cycling on and off constantly. Also, the mesh filters were very recently cleaned, so thumbs up on that from this COPD sufferer. The rest of the HVAC unit hadn't been brushed or vacuumed off in quite some time as there were dusty cobwebs in the corner of the top vent and the front of the unit. The bathroom was meh. The tub didn't pass the glove test at all. There was hair in the tub and all over the bathroom floor which hadn't seen the business end of a broom in awhile. The mat looked like it had been refolded and reused. And I wish hotels would STOP going cheap on the TP - it was like using sandpaper!

this is an example of you get what you pary for, the heating system cycled on and off every 45 seconds, the room is very outdated as the the bath fixtures, but for what we paid it was satisfactory.

Our room was gross. We had to bring in our own blankets old soaps were left in the shower and all over the sink. Just disgusting. We were so tired from being in the car 16 hours or would have left. Would never go again. Should be refunded for how dirty it was alone

Three of us caught a concert at the Beachland Ballroom that night. Instead of driving 3 hours home we drove 10 easy minutes to the Red Roof. Left in the morning. It was exactly what we needed!!!

We liked the convenience of parking next to our door. We liked the comfortable bed. We were disappointed at no make-up service. There was no carpeting. No Kleenex. No laundry facilities. No small refrigerator in the room. Also the inside of the door had been damaged, possibly by a dog, and looked like it had not been fixed, or even cleaned off. Sorry for the negative comments. But it's how we saw it.

It's tricky to recommend for more than sleeping & showering. The room smelled recently cleaned which is fine; that airs out and it did. Bed was good. Floor was hilariously sticky both nights and bathtub drained water extra-slow. I guess from a point of view that might save water because the clogged drain made me want to be in & out of there asap.

Staff was friendly but cool during check in Room smelled musty, almost every flat surface, light switches, vanity backsplash, wall unit vents, headboards, baseboards and light fixtures were dusty and have not be cleaned recently. Windows built up a lot of condisention on the inside

The room was not cleaned properly. There were spiderwebs and dust in the corners and behind the bathroom door. The toilet was also broken. We had to manually pull up the chain in the tank.

We check in and are given our room keys, then 4 hours later another customer attempts to open our room as they were also given keys to our room. Then at 11pm at night the manager is banging on our door threatening us to answer the door or he'll call the police. We were fully paid and trying to sleep. If they were competent they would have known who was in what room and not scared my son who was afraid the banging on the door was a ploy to harm us late at night. Horrible horrible experience. DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR BUSINESS!!
