Radisson Hits a High Note for Rock and Roll Fans

Posted 19-Apr-2018
Pros: Comfort, location
Cons: Elevators made noise
Location: Very close to Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, Lolita
We chose the Radisson Gateway on our recent trip to see the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Induction, and the experience could not have been better. Anne at the front desk was helpful and kind, making great recommendations for things to do before the ceremony. It's proximity to Cleveland's Public Theatre made it ideal, and the comfortable rooms were perfect for two tired guests after Rocking Out until late. Will definitely revisit!

Location is everything with this hotel

If you want good location, this where you gotta stay, right across from the Q, and a block from progressive field. Clean but small rooms, we’d stay again

Smelly experience

Posted 11-Apr-2018
The hotel and room had a foul smell to it, nauseating at times. 2 guest and only one robe provided. The only pluses was it was close to the Q and the bed was comfortable.

No hot water one day. Curtains torn and do not close completely. No fan in bathroom. Huge gaps all around door; visible at night when room is dark and hallway lit. Otherwise everything good. Very comfortable bed. Extra blankets and pillows available; nice. Great lighting, reading in bed focused halogens.

overall not bad!

Posted 10-Apr-2018
Stopped here on road trip out to Chicago. Planned a day in cleaveland for my bday.forst time in Cleveland and I was impressed with the city! Great location by the progressive field and quicken loans arena. Lots of restaurants and bars right there. Parking was $28 which I thought was ridiculous. Room was very small. No fridge or microwave. (Fridges are necessary when traveling a road trip). Room was clean. Hotel staff wasn’t the friendliest except the valet when we’re first got there. Front desk couldn’t even give me advice on where to go for breakfast. We did stop in Cleveland on way home again and chose another hotel which we liked better. Overall this wasn’t a bad place to stay. Has great potential. !
