Bed was close to a drafty window, so it was either get blasted by cold or crank the heat and melt since the heater was under that window.

The rooms are ridiculously small for such a big price - not to mention the hidden fee of $40 for parking your car. If you're sharing the room with more than yourself, it feels crowded and claustrophobic. Hotel staff was very friendly to be fair, but I would never stay here again unless they changed their prices.

Good time

Went to the perfect season parade and stayed at this hotel. Quite nice, great location. Only problem is finding parking. They can valet your car but it costs $29+, a little pricey for me. Other than that, worth it

The only place to stay for the Cavs game

This hotel is right across the street from the Quicken Loans Arena. Less than a 2 minute walk to the entrance. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. The beds are comfy. The amenities in the room are up to date. The rooms did lack a refrigerator or a microwave, however there is a microwave in the hallway. There is NO parking! You can either pay 32 dollars for valet parking or you can park in surrounding parking garages. The parking garage right across the street from the entrance to the hotel was 20 dollars for entry (event parking the day of the game) and then 14 dollars when we left (7 dollars a day). It would only be about 7 dollars a day if you don't park the day of the game (like we did). Remember to factor in parking costs for this trip!

Worst housekeepers ever!!!

Bed was not properly made it looked as if it had been laid on prior to my arrival. I would not recommend this hotel ever.
