Close to arena

The only thing I have to complain about is the bar and grill located at the hotel. The waitor was rude and the food, appetizer was good but the main course was horrible. They need to learn to cook a hamburger.

I have over the year stayed at a Raddison but this one certainly did not add up. I know it is old but it should have at least some updates and a small thing like coffee or juice should be offered in the lobby area for breakfast. Our view was the bits, but thank goodness the staff was very nice and out door valet very very helpful.

Clean and comfortable, but that's it.

Posted 12-Aug-2015
Pros: Clean, comfortable.
Cons: Give each maid a can of WD-40 or silicone spray for the squeaking doors, find a good breakfast cook, schedule the lobby cleaning after 7:00pm.
Location: Great, if that's why you're there.
Considering the location near some popular venues, the price was about right, but if you want an on-time palatable breakfast, doors that don't squeak, a microwave oven and no sound of toilets flushing above your room, you'll probably need to pay a lot more.

Okay Hotel

Posted 11-Aug-2015
Cons: Cleanliness
Everything about the hotel felt like it needed an upgrade and a good cleaning. For example, the elevator had a huge dirt smear on the floor that stayed there the entire time we were there. The comforters on the beds were lumpy. The grout on the floor was stained.

Nice hotel close to the field and area

Posted 10-Aug-2015
The room was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. Staff was friendly and attentive. The young man who check us in was professional and helpful. Kate made sure our car was their when we needed. Great job!

Good location, poor internet

Posted 07-Aug-2015
Very noisy room above A/C units, smelled like cigarettes in non smoking room. Internet constantly down and only one person could re-set router. Toiletries not replenished, breakfast order never picked up from door handle. Have stayed here before but this was sub standard

Convenient, contemporary and character

Posted 07-Aug-2015
Cons: Elevator mechanical update to reduce noise and odors for those who are sensitive to them.
Location: near Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.
Nice older hotel that is updated but retains architectural character. Great service, comfortable bed, clean, cozy, high tech room. Good food. Only complaint is noise and mechanical odor from older elevators permeated our nearby room.

Perfect location

Room was clean and comfortable. Our floor was extremely quiet. Perfect location to walk to Progressive field and bars/restaurants. Next door parking garage better deal than valet. Overall great stay.

Loud area of town

Posted 26-Jul-2015
The hotel is very. Close to the Indians stadium. We were there on a Friday. It was exceptionally loud in our room until about 2 am. Fan in bathroom was broken, rooms are small, toilet flushed sometimes.
