Visit to Ohio

Posted 24-Apr-2016
Pros: If not for the event, traffic and noise the hotel would have been great.
Cons: Check you amenities on Expedia to make sure the parking situation is correct
Location: It is downtown right at the event center.
We chose this hotel because of price and amenities (free parking). We flew in arrived at 8:00 am after an over night flight. They kindly allowed us to check-in early. That was greatly appreciated. We couldn't locate their parking garage. The desk clerk informed they did not have a parking lot. They offered valet only for $22. We opted to park in the garage across the street for $5. We went out late in the day to return around 10:00 pm. We were shocked to find that we couldn't get back to the hotel due to an event at the stadium across the street. After driving around the block several times, the police allowed us to access the hotel only. There was NO parking available because of the event. We were forced to use the valet service for $22 ugh! Had I known, I would have chose another hotel. Once in our room there we people on the street being really loud. I am not sure what the event was but it was loud.

This hotel is perfect if you are planning on going to a Cavs or Indians game. Also, it is very close to 4th street.

Hotel central to Cleveland's downtown attractions.

Posted 14-Apr-2016
Pros: Location.
Cons: Update room fixtures.
Location: Location was within walking distance of many restaurants, Quicken Loans Arena and Progressive Field.
I had a short, but pleasant stay. Hotel room was a little dated, but very convenient to most of downtown Cleveland's best attractions.

One night in Cleveland stay after Basketball Game

Posted 13-Apr-2016
Pros: Location to Quicken Loans Arena could not be better; just across the street. We did not want to make an extended drive home after a Cavelier's game.
Cons: Hotel is old and could stand upgrade in some areas. One can see it must have been lovely at one time. Only one elevator was working.
Location: Location is best draw for this hotel as it is located within walking distance to Quicken Loans Arena and Progressive Field.
Unfortunately we had cool rainy weather; walking around was not an option. Little difficult to find places to eat on a rainy week day evening. Hotel restaurant very small. Valet service was excellent; employees were very pleasant and helpful. Overall stay was pleasant, could have been much better if weather was warmer.

Great Location

Posted 05-Apr-2016
Pros: Best parts were location and little extras within the rooms.
Location: Right across from Quicken Loans arena and Progressive Field. Walking distance to plenty of restaurants and shops.
We chose this hotel based on location, it is directly across from the Quicken Loans Arena, plus Progressive Field. Also within walking distance are many restaurants and shops. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful, the hotel was clean and offered plenty of amenities.

Close to the stadiums.

Posted 05-Apr-2016
Rooms are good enough, not the most up to date. Beds were comfortable and bathroom was clean. Staff seems a bit immature. Really close to the stadium, right across the street. Valet parking came to good use when we had to head over to the Q and Progressive.

We were in town for my son's Spring Break college.

Posted 22-Mar-2016
Pros: The hotel were clean and staff was friendly and helpful with directions and information.
Cons: We could have use a refrigerator in the room... for water and leftover dinner meals... And Ice machines on all floors!
Location: See the above mentions of places to visit and see during your stay in Cleveland! We had a great time... looking to a return trip soon...
First visit to Cleveland my son and I had a great time... We visited the Rock n Roll Museum... Cavaliers Basketball game right across the street at the Quicken Loans Arena... Then made the road trip out to Canton, OH for the National Football Hall of Fame... We have a great time!
