This modern 1-bedroom, 1-bath apartment sits just off Lake Erie, steps from Edgewater Park and Beach. Nestled in Battery Park near Gordon Square and only 7 minutes from downtown Cleveland, it offers the perfect balance of relaxation and convenience. The apartment features a king-size bed and calming, bluesy decor that creates a peaceful, lakeside vibe. Enjoy access to scenic trails, lakefront sunsets, and a vibrant neighborhood scene.  
  
Enjoy a bright, open-concept apartment with high ceilings, a spacious layout, and a large closet. Step out onto your private two-person balcony and take in the fresh air. You'll have one complimentary parking spot anywhere in the lot, and since the unit is on the first floor, it’s just a quick trip to your car.  
  
Guests have access to the pool, gym, and clubhouse—perfect for working remotely or relaxing. The clubhouse also features a complimentary coffee machine with a variety of drink options. Many residents take advantage of the nearby Edgewater trails for exercise or enjoy relaxing at Edgewater Beach, just moments away.  
  
This apartment is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay: an in-unit washer and dryer, extra bed linens, bath and pool towels, hairdryer, first aid kit, a hamper, hangers, starter laundry pods and dryer sheets, basic seasonings, kitchen utensils, dishware, starter cleaning supplies, a Keurig, electric stovetop, dishwasher, smart TV, Wi-Fi, sleep sound machine, and valet trash service. You'll also be provided with starter shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion for your convenience.  
  
The apartment complex is key fob access only, including entry to the clubhouse and pool.  
  
Any lost keys, fobs, or parking pass will incur a $75 replacement fee.
