Short weekend stay for my sons basketball tournament. I liked that the location was close to the highway and food options,10 mins from Walmart. Staff was friendly and breakfast was really good as well. The fried eggs were perfect. The 1st room we were given had coffee drips and hair on the floor and an orange grease stain right in the middle of the bed. They did not have another room available at the time but notified us when they did. The new room was freshly cleaned, however the bathroom smelled wet and moldy from the shower curtain.

I did not get to stay here because my school change my clinical rotation. You guys took my $1, 577.11 and refused to refund me my money. I am a nursing student and have pleaded with you guys company rather, you guys are making things hard for me. I am a mother with 4 kids and it is hard to buy groceries. I have call several times but they will direct to a google number.

Breakfast...everything was empty and took a long time to get filled... Mold in the bathroom shower... Material around the mirror was hanging off the frame... General lack of upkeep around the whole facility...

lady who checked us in wasn’t super friendly, they tried charging my card multiple times during the night (3am/6am times you’re most likely asleep) and when confronted they tell you to just dispute the charge with your bank.

The staff was very friendly. However, the bathtub was broken. The refrigerator froze every fresh vegetable and fruit that I put in it. The room was smelly.

Fourth time is the best!
Been here four times. Breakfast is awesome. Seems they e been updating hotel - best stay yet: clean, not smelling of smokers, everything worked well, comfortable.

Didn't like the fact that there was no cleaning services. We had to go to the front desk for shampoo, toilet paper and we had to take out our own garbage. And we were there for a week. Very disappointed.

Everything seemed tired. Time for some remodeling. We did not even get washcloths in our room. Lots of towels (some frayed on the edges) but no washcloths.

Some care needs to be put in updating the facility. For example, the trim around the mirror in the bathroom of my room needs to be replaced. Also, the wallpaper in the bathroom is peeling and chipping. Those minor details matter because if those things are overlooked, then what else is? It just gives the impression that the facility is not well cared for.

When we made reservations, they told us that they had park and fly and that is included in the hotel. However, the truth is it cost eight dollars per day per car and $20 per person for the transportation to the airport. Also, when we arrived at the elevator was not in service, and there is no one to help us with our bags. The room itself was clean. However, we had difficulty using the TV in when we called to the desk to ask for further instructions they told us to turn the set on and off and offered no further directions. This stay was very disappointing.

Worth the price
Besides the elevator being down and the TV not working properly (Spectrum issue, not hotel), the hotel was worth the price. It was very clean, rooms were recently upgraded, the beds were comfortable, the amenities were more than what we needed, and the staff was very friendly, even while dealing with technical issues. Would recommend if you need something near Cleveland International.
