In Clermont-Soubiran, we offer this charming 54 m² air-conditioned house for rent, which can accommodate up to 4 travelers. It comprises an attractive 22 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom and a 200 m² garden. Wifi, sheets and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- A 22 m² living room with TV, double sofa-bed and dining table.
- A kitchen opening onto the living room, equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, etc.
- A veranda with dining area
- Bedroom with double bed (140×190)
- Bathroom with walk-in shower and WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

Exterior:
- A beautiful 200 m² enclosed garden with deckchairs and barbecue to enjoy the fine weather.

The house is ideally located in Clermont-Soubiran, in a very pleasant and quiet environment. You'll benefit from close proximity to all essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Transportation :
A car is essential to get to your accommodation. There is a possibility to bring a car in at the front of the house and park in front of the house.

Tranquillité "Maison qui n’est pas propre, présence de toiles d’araignées avec araignées, des milliers de moustiques tigres, le frigo était très sale. Nous sommes arrivés à 20h le dimanche donc aucun commerce pour acheter de l’anti moustiques. Nous avons donc pas pu dormir de la nuit et nous nous sommes réveillés avec une cinquantaine de piqûres de moustiques sur le corps ! Apportez donc vos anti moustiques. La literie ne semble pas non plus très propre, j’ai eu une poussée de boutons faciale (rouges avec démangeaisons). La pharmacienne m’affirme que ce sont des boutons de puces de lit mais le responsable du logement me confirme qu’après vérification il n’y a pas de puces de lit dans la maison. Faites tout de même attention avec la literie !!!!! Je déconseille ce logement, même si le prix est attractif. Rien à faire autour. Le responsable du logement ne répond pas aux messages qui ne lui plaisent pas."
