"Our room was upgraded and they went the extra mile to reserve us a parking space for my disabled wife, which I was surprised they did as its advertised parking is restricted. The bar was having some repair so no draught beers and only bottles which seemed expensive. "

"We booked this pub as it was perfect for a party we were going to. Unfortunately although our email confirmation for the night we wanted was correct and confirmed there was 'no room at the Inn' and there was a mistake and our room was double booked and none other available. However the staff there were brilliant and they got us a room at another of their Pubs nearby and paid for the taxi to get us there and could not do enough to help us - they gave us a discount as well so appreciated they responded to our situation. We were not angry as mistakes happen and we are all human and I have to say we were very happy with staying at the Clerk and Well - it was a beautiful room - only problem being on the top floor with lots of stairs but they helped us with our luggage so all turned out well. Would recommend."

"Loved the location of the hotel so near kings cross st. Pancras. We were on the train a lot so it was an easy walk. Lots of restaurants nearby and the hotel staff was always helpful!"

"Got a free upgrade for signing up as a member at the desk. The room came with a small kitchen, very comfortable bed, and super clean bathroom. Everything is quite perfect and I would rebook in the future. Convenient to the tube station as well. "
