This mountain lodge style home is in Suncadia’s Nelson Preserve nestled in the heart of the forest. Seclusion, stunning forest views, and visits from wildlife enhance your stay in this beautiful, upscale home. Yet, you are just down the road from Nelson Farm with swimming pool and seasonal activities, and a short drive to the resort core with golf, winery, fine dining, and spa. This mountain retreat has everything you could want for your mountain getaway. It is roomy, comfortable, and easily accommodates large mixed groups of family and friends. The stunning forest view is enhanced and warmed by wood accents, stone fireplace, solid surface counter tops and ceramic tile floors and bathrooms. This home is furnished to provide upscale comfort. The living room offers both sofas and chairs to get cozy before the fireplace, watch the large screen TV, gaze at the view or chat with family and friends in the kitchen and dining room.The dining area is open to both the living room and kitchen. The table seats 6 and is in front of a large sliding glass door offering access to a private screened in porch with seating for 6 more and a heater to keep you warm in cool weather. Additionally, the kitchen boasts 2 large islands adding 10 more seats so there is room for everyone. The kitchen comes fully equipped and has stainless steel appliances, quartz counter tops, gas stove, and dishwasher. The outdoors is a step way through the sliders in the great room. Bar B Que dinner under the covered patio, enjoy the forest view from the open deck, and star gaze seated around the firepit. A relaxing soak in the hot tub completes the perfect mountain lodge experience! The garage game room has room to park a single car. For family gaming and activities, you will find ping pong and corn hole, bikes and helmets, sleds, and, equipment for pickleball, tennis, football, basketball and even frisbees.Home Features 4 bedrooms and 4 and a half bathrooms: Bedding: 1 King, 1 Queen, 6 Twin, 2 Twin over Twin Bunkbed, 3 Twin Roll Away Beds Downstairs master suite features a king bed and TV. The attached bath has a walk-in shower and tub, and dual sinks.The second bedroom is also on the first floor has 2 twin beds. The attached bath has a single sink and walk in showerThe 3rd bedroom on the second floor has a queen size bed and attached bathroom with walk in shower and single sink.The 4th bedroom is the bunk room with 2 built in twin over twin bunk beds, 1 twin bed and 1 twin sleeping pad. This is great kids’ playroom with lot of open space, 3 large bean bag chairs, a TV, and small table for four. It shares a hall bath with combination tub/shower. Bonus: stacking washer and dryer tucked away in a nook.The bonus room is on the second floor and is a great place to lounge, watch movies or play games on the XBOX One. It has a sectional sofa and large TV and more beds! There are 2 twin bds and 3 twin size roll away beds.
