Ciz Holidays from £289

Excellent location and staff was most willing to help in spite of our limited language understanding. We appeared to be the only guests in the hotel and very sparingly saw the single staff member who was doing everything.Our only real dissatisfaction was that the room was very warm and there was only a fan. Sleeping was very difficult on this summer evening. The city information center, which is across the plaza was extremely friendly andhelpful.

Great breakfast and cosy spacious room. Door handle loose in bathroom as screws missing. Our room was ready before check in time which was convenient however the bin had not been emptied.

It's the best hotel i stayed in during this European trip. No doubt it takes extra effort to reach the hotel as it is tucked in the mountains but it's still accessible and just needs planning but it's all worth the effort. The views from and around the hotel are very relaxing and memorable. And the staff are more than amazing and very very helpful. They even took the pains to prepare a special breakfast for me because i had to check out an hour before the breakfast is served. And the breakfast they prepared was so much that i had to refuse some of it and I still managed to pack a portion of it for lunch. I felt very safe and well taken care of during my entire stay. The hotel is also family friendly. The families and children i met there were very happy. I had an awesome and memorable winter holiday in Hotel Montfort Tatry and wish i could come back to this hotel perhaps in spring or autumn season.

Back here again and again very satisfied! The staff is very helpful. Thanks for improving coffee for breakfast:)

Everything was perfect. They thought of every detail to make our stay perfect! Would defiantly recommend. The staff were fantastic, we will be back :)
