Dear Mr Avita Regarding your comment in the description of services at Expedia you will find the note starting at December 16th until March 15th that pool is not available for maintanance as we do every year on winter season.We take the safety of our guests very seriously, which is why access to the work area was not allowed.Unfortunately, you and your family ignored it, falling into verbal abuse towards our staff as well as guests who complained about the noise that was made at 2:00 in the morning by Familia Avitia, arguing that they had a private event, in an area that It is for general guests.The call to the authorities is only made when we have threats and disorder which was carried out and generated by your visit . Unfortunately the eviction is requested out of respect for our clients at home who are only looking for a place to rest.Regards
