"A Little complicated check in and parking instructions due to hillside location and narrow roads but the staff was responsive very patient and helpful. All of that aside the most expansive beautiful view of the Mediterranean is the reward of staying at this wonderful place. The room was very clean and warm with modern features ie lighting and bathroom fixtures. Homemade Breakfast was included and delivered to my room. This made for a very comfortable and unique stay. "The staff were absolutely amazing and helpful. I identified a small issue with our room and they were prompt in their response and very courteous. They made us feel welcomed on arrival and were very friendly and helpful during our three night stay. The hotel is nicely located near the sea and near great restaurants and shopping. "

"The staff person who checked us in the first day was really not kind or helpful (we were there for a wedding and my husband's shirt got wrinkled in transit... we asked where we could an iron or a laundromat and she said no way, but there is literally a laundromat 500 feet away). There was a used shampoo bottle in the shower. We absolutely could not figure out how to turn on the AC and the room looked like it was from the 1950s. Stay somewhere else."

"The room was at the end of the hotel, set by itself with a sign that said Hotiday Room Collection. The room was dated and needed some upgrading. We had to pay for parking, even though they had their own parking lot. There were restaurants within walking distance. We did not get the breakfast. "
