"Pros: quiet, good staff, location is good Cons: Hotel is a bit old, no air conditioning in the room (but the living room has), swimming pool is nice but needs cleaning. Overall the stay was good, 7/10"

"We had an amazing time here! The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming (reception giving great info about the area, booking taxis, great bar staff at the pool, friendly cleaning staff). The room was clean and very spacious (2 bed standard apartment( and had a lovely balcony). The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The pool and sunloungers were great, with a lovely view over the Sant Nichlau turret. The bar area was a lovely pkace to sit abd have a drink before heading into Ciutadella in the evening. It was only a 10 minute walk into the city centre, or you could walk along the promenade down into the harbour area. The perfect mix of city break and relaxing by the pool."

"A beautiful hotel in the heart of old town, walking distance from the harbour, main square and laberinth of streets for shops, bars and restaurants. Although well occupied, we never felt crowded, with a sizeable team on hand for anything we needed, guided by a very attentive general manager. The main entrance is on a very narrow road to the front so it would have been be wise to call reception just before arrival - they would probably have greeted us to assist with the luggage before driving off to park. In truth however, we didn’t need the car during our stay, so if we had only been saying here during our week, a taxi or airport transfer would have made more sense. Overall, a fabulous experience and highly recommended - we hope to be lucky enough to return in the future. "
