Definitivamente lo recomiendo! El personal muy amable, desayuno muy rico, estacionamiento accesible, y siempre hay alguien cuidando afuera del hotel. Muy buen servicio.

Great place in the middle of down town with lots of restaurants and stores to shop. The only bad thing No hot water so we couldn’t take a shower water was too cold ! Breakfast was included and really good they cook in front of you any way you want eggs and lots of other hot breakfast delicious after driving 15 hours

Good hotel for the price
The hotel is in front the plaza and if you have a room with balcony it is beautiful the view, the service was very good, everybody was very polite. The valet parking was very careful with my truck. The room was ok, nothing impressive but it was clean, comfortable and had a great view. The breakfast was deliciuos and they even have a chef cooking for you however you like your eggs. The only complaint that i have it is that i did not receive my free drinks that it was promise in the app as VIP member.

Everything was good. Only complaint will be the room ac wasn't as cold and the pool cool be a bit cleaner.

Didn't get the room i had booked !!! I booked a king bed with balcony, and they wanted to give me a king with out the balcony , or i had to take a room with ,2 full beds to keep the balcony

The property was conveniently located downtown. It faces a plaza in which I enjoyed sitting and walking when I needed some relaxing time. It is very close to local markets where I was able to find good shopping deals and tasty food. It did not have a room for disabled people but we were able to make it work. The representatives were friendly, alert, and trustworthy. From the guys working valet to the front desk staff and housekeeping representatives were all welcoming with a smile. I forgot my passport and called the office and they immediately went to my prior room and found it. I appreciate them taking immediate action. I will definitely stay here upon my return.

the warmth of the staff is the best. What happened this time is that the smoke detector in the room detected smoke in our room and woke us up at 1 in the morning. I think there are things that already need maintenance and replacement.

Excelente ubicación y vista desde el balcón! Pero le falta unas cosas...modernas... y convenientes. Por ejemplo el elevador no baja hasta el estacionamiento en el sotano. Y si se te olvida el cargador para enchufar el cable de tu telefono, no encontrarás ni donde conectarlo. Otros hoteles si tienen esos comodidades.

Arrived way past checkin but the staff quickly checked me in and helped me get aquatinted in my room. I noticed my room didn’t have a view of the plaza as requested. I mentioned it the next day they right away changed my room to a room with a view. Only down fault the a/c was not working in the room it was hot, they then switched me to another room took a bit to finally cool down but over all the rooms were very clean comfortable bed. Staff and housekeeping were very friendly and attentive throughout the whole stay! Great hotel look forward to my next visit.

First, the receptionist took about 10 minutes to find my reservation. Second, internet service did no work properly, it was intermitent so I could not do my job. The best thing is that I only stayed one night. It would be hart to me to stay in the same hotel the next time. Internet is part important when través ng :n a weekday.

Very bad experience
Very bad experience, we arrived and they did not respect our reservation even that we paid in advance. We drive 5 hours and my family was outside on the car waitting and finally we did not stay on that hotel we initialy paid and reserve, the manager sent us to a diffrent Hotel (not same category) and very old. The worst experience, the had a political event and they gave priority and my room to a "most important guess".

First of all didn't have the same room as the picture when I make reservations, was a very basic one so simple not the same as shown at the pictures... not enought towels on bath have to ask for it, I ask them for pick up the trash and clean the restroom only... but they only clean the bath and din't pick up any trash even the one on the restroom... so not happy with this hotel... defenility not stay on this hotel anymore... I want what I pay for it.. not what they want to give me
