The two rooms we got had bed bugs and our whole family left the hotel with bed bug bites all over our legs

Pricey Hotel
This hotel, sure looks nice in the outside and the inside but is pricey bed uncomfortable if you are traveling from the United States, don't expect the same service as the equivalent price, I was expecting better because leaving in Mexico is cheaper than US but this isn't the case. Also I'd found out that they charge me 30% higher than the locals so they're discriminating.

One of the better if not the best hotels in the area. Secured parking so don't have to worry about your vehicle, very good wifi and decent beds and magnetic entry keyed room. However there are short comings, no frig nor microwave in double bed room. No exhaust fan in the restroom and the indoor pool did not smell like a pool should. The restaurant service was slow due to the being understaffed. I would stay here again but do not care much for the price. But for the 20-30 dll diverence

I was there for just 2 days
With the exception of the reataurant I almost though I was in the USA, very clean room and bathroom.

La Huasteca Visit Jun-13-2015
No, very happy about this hotel. I think it is over price for the type of hotel and service they gave us. I travel with a group of 18 people and in the restaurant they did not have enough food and personal. First day they did not have eggs (only 4) second day when we arrived to have breakfast, tables were dirty and there was only one cook and one waitress to take care of 18 people. They were so slow to serve and did not have a cashier to take care of our checks.

Hotel and rooms condition is good, but Wifi doesn't work, there were no bath amenities nor bath mat and second day there was not even soap, we had to ask for every thing, the staff was kind and helpful, but stay was not confortable, if they only care for those little detailas, hotel could be good

Excelente ubicación, pero la atención del personal y el servicio en general es malo. No hay toallas faciales en el baño, y le falta mucho mantenimiento al hotel. El precio es demasiado elevado para un hotel que con trabajos llegaría a dos estrellas. El servicio de restaurante es bueno a secas.

No tan grata estancia
En general todo estuvo bien, con excepción de servicio de internet, es de muy baja calidad, llame a recepción me contestaron que lo arreglarían, más no hubo tal corrección. En el restaurante la atención es lenta, pues solo un mesero atiende a los comensales. Es una pena que siendo un hotel no barato no esté en buenas condiciones.

Uno de los mejores hoteles en Valle. Su apariencia y mobiliario es muy similar a los teles de marca de Estados Unidos, la recepción y el cuarto muy cómodo independientemente si da a la calle o a la parte de atras del edificio. Pros, tiene una alberca en buenas condiciones, el restaurante si bien es sencillo es muy bueno, y la seguridad del hotel es muy confiable, cerca de una tienda de autoservicio y muy próximo a la avenida principal, y el personal muy amigable. Contra, faltan algunos detalles en el cuarto (cosméticos y papelería), las almohadas no son lo mejor (muy planas) y el baño tardaba en irse el agua de la tina, el precio un poco caro comparado con establecimientos similares.

El personal es amable ; pero dejan muchas cosas sin mantenimiento o limpieza ejemplo habia una gotera en la habitacion, la alfombra estaba manchada, la bañera le faltaba silicon para sellar todo el contorno habia calcetines tirados abajo del lavabo de clientes anteriores ( no se hizo bien la limpieza ) la alberca no se veia "limpia" y los vidrios del area de alberca estaban muy sucios pero la comida era

Stiff entrance to the hotel parking lot! Nice good and clean rooms. AC hard to get to a nice temperature (too cold or too hot). Restaurant is good, try to get in the package (breakfast include)

Fue una noche, por un viaje rápido a Ciudad Valles. El hotel bastante bueno, pero le falta modernizarse, te entregan el control de la televisión al llegar (como si fuera hotel de paso),la televisión esta fija al mueble, mismo que perforaron, se ve bastante corriente este trabajo. Se comporta como si fuera un hotel de menos estrellas

Muy buen hotel, el restauran no me gusto mucho la verdad, pero está aceptable. El personal amable solo que la verdad no son muy buenos dando recomendaciones y direcciones para ir a los atractivos de la huasteca estaría lo único criticable.lo demás excelente

Buena disposición de parte del personal. El wi-fi no sirvió nunca y en el pubelo no hay muy buena señal, así que nos hubiera sido de gran utilidad contar con este servisio por el que pagamos. El agua de la alberca no es templada, estaba fria, y como nos tocaron días nublados no nos dieron ganas de meternos. El gimnasio bien para activarte pero no para hacer una rutina completa.
