Heavenly weekend at the Ham Yard!
Amazing stay from start to finish. I was there for three nights to celebrate my birthday and also the 90th birthday of my Great Aunt. All the family met up over the weekend and the staff were so helpful and friendly to us all. They made a real fuss of my Aunt and she loved everything about her room and all the public rooms in the hotel. Very busy bar and restaurant but there was always a room to sit in if you wanted a bit of quiet. Honesty bars a great idea in the library and drawing room but you could also call for service. Large and luxurious room I really did not want to leave.

This IS the best hotel you will ever stay at!
All I have to say is WOW! This is by far and away one of the absolute BEST hotel stays I have ever had! First, the hotel is BEAUTIFUL. The decor is stunningly perfected and so incredibly creative. The cleanliness of the hotel is so on point its mind-blowing. Not a scratch, a dent, a stain... NOTHING takes away from its esthetic. That's the other thing... it smells like you are stepping into a spa. The scent of the hotel is so delicious. The staff is friendly, helpful and I would like to be any of their friends! Room service is was on point, quick and yummy! Also, the coffee drinks at the hotel are sooooo good and come to you looking so beautiful you can't help but want to take a pic for the gram. I'm so picky and grossed out when it comes to hotels but I can tell you with certainty... this place is without a doubt THE BEST! I now only want to stay at Firmdale hotels!!!!

Simply Amazing Experience
Amazing hotel, must be the best we have ever stayed in as a family. Kit Kemp design themes and decorations live up to all the reviews from reception to the rooms to the bar areas. Service is excellent.

This hotel, staff, location, food and service has to bed one off the best in London. Chilled and yet super efficient we loved its quirky charm. The interiors are to dye for! Expensive but worth every penny. The best experience for my husbands birthday which they made very special.

A great hotel. The location could not be better, close to theaters, museums, good restaurants, etc. very nice staff, eager to please. Sumptuous breakfast menu. Two glitches during our stay: although I already paid thru Expedia I was charged full price again at arrival. There was a persistent fire alarm at 8 am Sunday morning.

Perfect hotel. Location is superb. Hotel super clean (looks brand new!) staff very efficient and friendly. Quite expensive but worth it if you want to splurge while in one of the most fun cities in the world.

Luxury around every corner in the center of London in Soho. From the rooftop garden to the beautiful decor and luxurious deluxe suite we were upgraded to, I cannot think of one negative thing to say besides one night was not enough!!!

A hotel to remember

Outstanding experience from beginning to end. We had arrived with young children and staff were very accommodating including making sure bedding and kid friendly kits sent ahead. For the adults, bottle of champagne on check in. Relaxing vibe despite the busy crowds at night - could (mostly) hear a pin drop once you're in your suite. I travel quite a bit internationally and this is easily one of the favorite hotels period.

Awesome hotel. First time in London. Every inch of Hôtel well decorated. Great location. Good restaurant with reasonable prices.one of a few places was able to get one room for 2 adults, 2 children.
