The corridor was littered with rubbish. I have never seen anything like it. Guests have just chucked out old shopping bags and fast food boxes and the hotel made no effort to clean up. Truly awful.

It was advertised as having a minibar and there is none. The rooms are not very clean. Does not look like the pictures advertised

Location is excellent. If you take metro, you can choose from Bakerloo Line, circle line and district line. One of the metro lines is closed, luckily, we still have two other metro lines to take. Cleanliness is fair as the staff didn’t replace toilet paper, fresh towels, shampoo, body wash for next day. Staff at front desk are helpful and polite.

Our room smelled strongly of Argan/Moroccan oil that we could not get ride of. Bathtub always clogging and the whole place really needs a facelift. Outdated and grimy.

The staff were were helpful and knowledgeable. The hotel room is in desperate need of an overhaul: the carpets were worn and stained, the beds were cheap and not luxurious, the bathroom tile was worn or broken, the tile grouting had mould, and there was strong evidence of water damage. We thought we could trust the Hilton name for our first stay in England but the good service wasn't enough to make us want to use this hotel again
