hotel and room generally unclean especially the bathroom and in need of an update. Air conditioning didn't work properly despite calling reception several times. Had to change the room key about 4 times, Bed was really uncomfortable along with the pillows. Massively disappointed and got hosed over £300/night for the privilege.

Rooms are old, outdates, carpets dirty, bathroom tiles cracked! Doesn’t meet Hilton standards!

The location was excellent! Staff was wonderful and very helpful. The only low points were the actual conditions of the hotel, the wall paper was curling up and just Seemed very old. But the one thing that hey have to change are the beds, they are very old and uncomfortable. I had to change my room since the bed had a house indent in the middle and I can feel the frame. Second room wasn’t that great ether, still had a indent in the bed and definitely needed to be changed but was at least bearable.

The staff were helpful and serve you with smile always. However the Hotel could not cope with such high occupancy, basically they had short of staff. I had to call them daily in order to clean my room. The Hotel missed cleaning my room 3 times during my stay!!!. The Air condition was not cooling " outside temperature was cooler than my room", few complaints but the same without solution. Halal food must be displayed clearly and duration to be increased from 6:30 to 11:30 in July and August only. Finely Halal food must be kept separately.

Closeness to Underground station. Bad neighbourhood. Room wasn't clean despite repeated request to have it clean. Bad odour in hall ways as guests put out their garbage outside hall

The pool was enjoyable, the breakfast brunch was excellent, but the decor was dated and worn.
