Spacious clean rooms with adequate amenities. Live music each night was great and not forgetting the food and drinks!

Terrible customer service. One operator for entire hotel phone. They must transfer the call to in room dining so good luck getting through. Extremely understaffed. Breakfast area doesnt reflect 600 room hotel and you can expect to queue to be seated and then wait for service

Great location! Stayed for 6 days had no housekeeping the last 2 days...no clean towels or trash removal etc. Most of housekeeping staff doesn’t seem to speak any English, so didn’t get anywhere asking for service. Restaurant so so...

The property was nice and well presented but some of the service particularly the bar/restaurant was poor.

Very disappointed in our stay. Check in took over an hour and a half and when we got to the room they had no air conditioning which they were unable to fix. When they suggested a new room, that air conditioner was broken as well. The staff kept saying they would help but never called back. They told us they would compensate by rebating one of our nights for all the trouble however I noticed that my credit card was charged in full for all 3 nights. I understand that new hotels go through growing pains but the lack of attention and run around was unacceptable.

Good location, room not vacuumed but housekeeping helpful. Reception staff friendly and helpful.
