The hotel advertises itself as a 3.5 star hotel but is nowhere near that standard. To begin with, the ground floor is residential and the corridor and stairs are horribly dirty and untidy. The supply room is full of items probably from the people living downstairs. See pictures. My friends arrived first and when she buzzed door for this "hotel", an angry woman came out and asked her not to buzz the door. Does anywhere in the advertisement said no to buzz the door?! Is this how a 3.5 star hotel greet its guests? The room is missing with all kinds of supplies and the assistant came back three times to give us items. There was no refrigerator in the room and after we asked for it, the assistant moved one from the storage room upstairs and undusted it in front of eyes. Is this what a 3.5 star hotel do to prepare the room for their guests? The room has no supply of hand soap, shower gels or hair shampoo in the bathroom. Neither does it have a TV even! When we were ready to rest at midnight, we found there was no duvet. Isn't duvet a standard provision for any hotel rooms? In the end my friends had to sleep with their clothes on. We had our whole day arranged for sightseeing the following day and when we contacted the hotel manager for a refund, she just ignored us completely and turned deaf ears to even Expedia who had contacted the hotel repeatedly. We had to move out early in the next morning and moved to another real hotel for the rest of our stay.

Entrance, stairway dirty. No TV in room!! Did not like at all! Shutters could not be pulled back once closed. Would never use again.

I’ve never stayed here before, thought I’d try somewhere different. The staff was really nice. Correspondence was fluide. I stayed in the executive room and it was spacious and clean, the wooden panels and large windows give it a grand feeling if you fancy that British library Sherlock Holmes vibe. The outside corridor could use a lick of paint if I’m honest, but I didn’t sleep in the corridor so I wasn’t bothered. Comfy bed and the gold frame impressed my gf The room was on point with fast WiFi too. reasonable price for the location especially. The staff come there only when I needed, but they answered all my questions online quickly. they seem to operate online. Overall 7.5/8 out of 10 from me

From the outside the property looked excellent. Inside it was a different story. Desperately in need of restoration and decorating, almost in derelict condition. The room itself was lovely although badly thought out. Kitchen far too large for such a small room. Kettle and coffee maker present but no coffee or cups/mugs to use. Bathroom was nice and the bed comfortable but no curtains or blinds and the room was overlooked by many flats
