Whether you’re visiting for business or leisure, the location is hard to beat. The hotel has also been newly renovated, and it really shows. The lobby, hallways, and rooms feel fresh, modern, and well maintained. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, providing everything needed for a relaxing stay. The air conditioning works perfectly, which is especially important during Cairo’s hot weather, and the Wi-Fi is fast, reliable, and strong throughout the hotel, making it easy to work, stream, or stay connected with family and friends. What truly made my stay memorable, however, was the exceptional staff. Every member of the team was welcoming, professional, and genuinely eager to help. "The place was excellent—very beautiful, very clean, spacious, and comfortable—and located close to central Cairo. Excellent place around a mall and supermarket, very nice and beautiful. However, the problem was the language barrier; you really need to speak Arabic, as they never replied to my emails, and all communication took place over the phone. Fortunately, I was with my partner, who speaks Arabic; otherwise, I wouldn't have been able to communicate with them at all."
