I guess my only complaint would be that when you reserve a room for 3 people you would expect 3 towels and 3 pillows. My wife and daughter had to share an almost see through towel and I used some of my packed clothes as a pillow so that my wife and daughter could have the real pillows."

"This place is conveniently located near Monivong Boulevard and Psar Thmey. It's a great value: not luxurious, but I don't feel like I'm compromising safety or comfort. Cold A/C, helpful staff, loads of hot water. The internet access isn't great, but I have a generous data plan on my phone, so it wasn't an issue. Pro-tip: skip the expensive hotel breakfast and walk to the corner. There's a shop within spitting distance that sells the city's best bai sach chrouk (grilled pork on rice), which matches perfectly with the sweet iced coffee. And in the evenings, they sell beef skewers and baguettes. Some of the best food in the Penh."
