We spent a long weekend in this hotel. The staff at the reception was very helpful and prompt to address our queries. We were told that we had been upgraded as there was availability, so we are not sure about the conditions of the standard double we had originally booked.
In any case, we found the room very clean and comfortable, though maybe, only thing was, the view on the internal courtyard, but then we were probably spared the noise of a very busy road outside. A possible other negative is the mattress a bit too on the soft side for our taste, I prefer a more rigid one, still the linens and covers were clean and adequate.
We didn't try the restaurant in the hotel, but as we had breakfast included, the quality and quantity there was very good and the staff very attentive.
Overall a very good hotel, perhaps more expensive than others but definitely worth to stay. We would definitely recommend it to anyone.
"Great hotel, centrally located with fabulous staff"
The Mamaison Residence Diana is a great hotel, located just off the main street in to the old town of Warsaw. It is surrounded by bars and restaurants and very close to shops and the Palace of Culture.
The hotel reception staff are very attentive and always ready to help. A special thanks to Robert, who was always smiling and ready to help us in any way he could. He's a great asset to the hotel.
The rooms were really well appointed, spotless and contained everything we could want. We stayed in rooms 201 and 203, with 201 being slightly larger and containing a whirlpool bath, rain-forest shower, walk in wardrobe, bedroom with TV (which could be separated from the main room by curtains), a study area with table, seating area with a second TV, a dining area, kitchen area with all amenities and second separate toilet.
We didn't have breakfast in the hotel, so I can't comment on quality or selection.
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay in Warsaw.

Booked couple of hours before staying for 3 nights. Good value large room on 26th floor so good views and not noisy. Buffet breakfast was 50zł (about £8) and had everything you could want from full English to full continental. Good location for Warsaw Rising Museum.
Good location. Massive room. Mini bar convenient and very reasonably priced.
Mix up with the room (we booked a double and got a twin) but it was sorted the next day and staff were friendly and helpful.

Poland’s capital city has eclectic architecture. Warsaw’s Old Town was declared a UNESCO World Heritage site in 1980, even though 85 per cent of the city was destroyed during World War II. Since Poland joined the EU in 2004, Warsaw has experienced a huge building boom. Modern skyscrapers, 1950s-era East-bloc buildings, and centuries-old Gothic architecture all dot this city of 4 million’s skyline.
