Did not like the showers. Walkin shower for handicap room had low pressure. Other rooms have very narrow tubs and for older people did not feel safe taking a shower. Hotel staff was great in changing rooms to facilitate and older person.

This hotel is huge takes almost 5 minutes to get from elevator to my room. I loved the design and ammenities. The full Irish breakfast was nice. The only think that disappointed is a lot of things are broken or heavily scratched or chipped. The fridge wooden door was completely ripped off the metal door stuck behind and pointy end of the screws pointing out and that is a serious safety risk. Avoid the room service pizza the cheese is of low quality and the tomato sauce bitter and acidy same with the ham melt cheese with tomato bland and absolutely discusting and a real rip off for 43€ it’s to avoid at all cost. Other than those two things they need to immensely improve I enjoyed my stay there.

Amazing hotel, friendly staff and so easy to walk anywhere you want to go in Dublin - highly recommend If you stay here definitely go to M OBriens pub just up the street - great pub!!

The staff at this hotel were all excellent. We were greeted at check in with a smile and that continued throughout our stay. The hotel is on a great bus route but you can also walk to the city. Fantastic location for a stay in Dublin.

The hotel was adequate. my room was clean and in good condition. What I didn’t like was not getting a feeling of being welcomed, which is unusual in Ireland. I felt like a customer rather than a guest. It’s a rather soulless place.

Hotel was very clean and my room very quiet and comfortable. Facilities were great and all I needed. The staff were friendly and polite, and if there was anything to improve upon it was a little more attentiveness over breakfast. A bit more variety in the menu for evening meals would be good. Otherwise absolutely fine.

Handy if you are attending a conference but it’s very run down. Rooms are musty and old. The staff are very nice, and the rooms are clean but this place needs a renovation asap.

Great bed, great receptionists. Service in restaurant slow and one shouldn't have to go after the waiters to ask for service. Coffee bar was great.

Pleased with the unexpected early check in . Staff all pleasant and helpful throughout. Room was fine apart from problem with extractor in bathroom which was dealt with by reception. Breakfast was solid with plenty of choice and as much as you wanted . Also very good value . Overall ; we had a very good enjoyable stay.

A 20 minute walk to Grand Canal and the Dart to Connolly Station. So very convenient for me. I enjoyed the stay, it’s a lovely hotel.

We had a very nice 3 night stay at the Clayton. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable. Good buffet breakfast with lots of choice. Friendly staff. Easy walk to St. Stephen's Green where we caught a hop-on hop-off Dublin tour. Also handy to the Airport Bus--bus stop right across the street. Would go back.

It was great spot to stay; we took the National Express from the airport and it brought us right to the front of the hotel. The hotel is in walking distance to downtown Dublin museums and parks. The neighborhood is quiet and yet still accessible to coffee shops and pubs. It was a perfect spot for our family.
