It is important for prospective occupants to realize how isolated this property is from public transportation, consisting essentially in a bus service that the hotel advertises but when you arrive they let you understand that it is wholly unreliable. It is not even clear where exactly you can take the bus and the staff at the hotel barely bother to show it to you. You depend on taxis which cost between 16 an d 20 euros each way to go to Padova.

We only stayed one night. The front desk guy was very nice and welcoming at checkin. The bed was comfy and the hotel offered everything we needed for a stopover to rest.

Unhelpful and plain damn rude reception staff. On arrival, they said we weren't allowed breakfast as we hadn't booked it but we had. After showing my own booking via expedia they said yes okay. When booking a taxi for 6 via reception, we asked for a 6 seater in which a middle aged lady replied that a 6 seater can't be ordered so we had to order 2 car's. On arrival of the first taxi, it was a 6 seater and the driver was more then willing to take 6. This happened twice and it certainly made me think that the hotel make commission from the bookings. Would never stay here again and especially not with my family. It's too far out from the centre. It's more of a low spec business hotel in the middle of no where near a main motorway junction.

We stay here once a year to attend a fair in Vicenza. Average hotel with nothing outstanding. Staff are friendly in the restaurant and are the same people for years now. The restaurant food is not great which is a shame as the hotel is a bit isolated and we don’t always want to pay taxis to go out. Breakfast is very good with loads of choice. Reception staff were ok, it is a huge problem to find a hotel room in Vicenza during the fair which is why we end up staying in Padova. The hotel offers a courtesy coach to the fair daily but other passengers were regularly late and we were kept waiting up to 25mins for late people every day and on 2 occasions we had to return for late guests when we had already waited 25 mins for them. This is not acceptable to keep a bus load of people waiting for 2 or 3 late guests. It made for a very frustrating journey after a long day at the fair or early start in the morning.
