The bathroom was outside the room which ended up not minding, but no air conditioning in the summer was brutal for sleeping!

Great location, awful service
Hotel is decent, but service is laughable. We didn’t encounter a single hotel employee during our two night stay. No one was there to check us in or out. No one cleaned our room. No one was there to help us navigate the town. Fortunately Levanto is beautiful and the hotel is well situated, so we had a great time. But this place barely felt like a hotel at all.

Hotel Lyrica is great!
Staff at Hotel Lyrica were great and very helpful with all of our questions. The location is in the heart of Levanto, surrounded by the city park, restaurants, and only a block from the beach. A 15 minute walk from the train station. The rooms were comfortable and even had light AC. My only negative comment is that the shower was a bit small and there was no shelving available to hold things in the bathroom, but all in all a great stay. I would highly recommend!

Check in is out of site. No breakfast. No internet. We received an appartment outside of the building. It was roomy, confortable and had good AC.

Noisy restaurant below room was noisy from 6 am til 1 am except at arvo smoko. Rattly door. Good location near facilities. Its a bit dated and expensive for what you get.

Decent hotel in a good location
Decent hotel in a good location. Clean, fully equipped, and most importantly for a family traveling on a budget in the summer - air conditioned! Please note that the check in desk and the building with the rooms are not at the location indicated online. Checkin is down the street, around the corner to the left in a travel office where they check in about half a dozen hotels. The building is across the square and past the elevated road from the location indicated on line but is actually a better location. Wifi is available but weak - only worked in one corner of the room if you held your phone up over your head.

Great stay
Overall our stay at Levanto was great, the Hotel is near the beach and train station, we just had some problems with the internet connection but was fixed next morning, it's a old building but if we go back to Levanto we'd stay again in this hotel, friendly staffs and good value for money.

Good location, close to beach
The room never got cleaned once during our stay and the wifi only worked when sitting on the toilet or standing in the hallway. The room itself was nice but there was a lack of staff attention to detail.

We were upgraded to an apartment which was awesome. It was clean and comfortable and a relaxing time - just what we wanted.

Nice hotel
We liked the apartment we were given. Nice and spacious with a courtyard. But the wifi did not work in this part of the hotel. To get a connection we had to go outside closer to the main building, which was very disappointing. The staff isn't very good at giving directions. There is a laundrymat 3 doors down that was convenient, but no where in it does it tell you you need tokens to use the machines. The hotel runs this laundry mat and you have to go to their office to buy the tokens.

Hotel is pretty simple but certainly satisfying. Close to the beachand CBD and an easy walk tothe train station to visit the Cinque Terre. Breakfast at the nearby cafe was included - good cafe. Parking is at the back of the Hotel (but pretty tight). Would certainly stay here again

Well priced hotel in very convenient location close to the beach. Easy access to major tourist attractions and a great walk from Levanto to Monorossa. Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel also close to restaurants, bars and shops.

Poor conditions.
When we arrived in Levanto, came to our surprise to learn that our room at Lyrica hotel was changed with a room from a different hotel due to some water leaching in the room. We were told that this in fact it is an upgrade. There was no upgrade. We were three adults and specifically asked for three beds but one of the beds available in the room was clearly improvised and very uncomfortable. Although we were assured from the front desk that Internet will be available in the room, there was none, and when we went back to the front desk (different building where the check in is done for few hotels we were told that they run out if modems and would bring one to us...that never happened. The fridge in the room did not work and there were not enough towels and no toiletries. I am very, very disappointed with their services.

Good Hotel near by the beach in Levanto
Anka (hope this is the way to spell her name) is very helpfull host always willing to answer your question with a map in hand as well as boat schedule. Hard to find hotel, but in a great location. Breakfast excelent in a restaurant downstairs, included. Tigh shower area, but come to realize that seems standard for Italian small hotels. The room was clean but outdated. Overall a good hotel for the rate

All Good at Lyric Hotel
Staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel is right in the middle of the action if that's what you prefer. Certainly met my and my 12-year-old son's needs for the two nights we stayed. rated cleanliness only a 3 because the floor didn't get swept and our sand covered feet were an issue. Other than that, it was all good!

Great Little Hotel
Lyric Hotel was in the perfect location to enjoy the beach and Cinque Terre. It is just north of the Cinque Terre National Park and reached by the same train service. The room was comfortable with very cold AC, tea kettle & fridge. These amenities allowed us to save on meals. Breakfast is available at the hotel for €7.50 pp, however we did not try it.

Enjoyable Stay
Slightly awkward when checking in as we had to wait for them to arrive from their other location, but apart from that the service was great and the room was good value. location is lovely as well, nice getaway from the tourist filled sites of Cinque Terre.

Lyric Hotel stay
The hotel was situated out of the way from Levanto train station. It was almost 20 minutes walk, and took some time finding it. It would have been a better choice for us to stay in one of the hotels in the 5 villages where it would be right beside the train station, as the trip to Cinque Terra was very short. Unless you are keen in staying and exploring a residential area of a village and exploring their lifestyle. The hotel staff were friendly. However we were given an outdated train schedule which puzzled us on why we were waiting for so long and missed another important train.

4 Tage - Einchecken umständlich, da niemand vor Ort. Badezimmertür schließt nicht. Kein Hinweis darauf, dass das Hotel in einer Fußgängerzone liegt, also nicht direkt angefahren werden kann.

Pensavo di aver prenotato una camera in hotel , in realtà mi sono trovato una camera di un appartamento con corridoio sulle scale di un condominio , bagno esterno , al posto dell'aria condizionata una colonna ventilatore , i servizi bar un distributore guasto ..... le foto della struttura ? a parte l'ingresso in strada non ho trovato nulla di quello pubblicato . La reception in realtà è una agenzia di viaggi con orario da ufficio , unica cosa positiva alle mie richieste di chiarimento mi hanno offerto la colazione al bar convenzionato ........
