"Nice hotel with modern amenities about 20 minutes from the historic old town by foot. Close to local bakeries, bars, and restaurants, or a cheap uber/bolt ride to other areas. The hotel’s dark features and dim lighting do create a bit of an eerie vibe at night, so wouldn’t necessarily recommend for families with younger children."

"Absolutely fantastic. Book a room with a full view, it is worth it! Great place to stay and relax for 3-5 days...and it's possible to hike around the hotel to close-by villages."

"Stayed for 4 nights in this convenient location. Staff helpful when we arrived. Rooms were more than adequate, air conditioned and well enough appointed. Perhaps a bit worn around the edges, so to speak. Eady options to get there - very near Estadio do Dragao metro & there are bus routes. Lots of places very walkable too. Some decent restaurants in the area. We decided not to have breakfast and ate very well locally, with the locals. 5 minutes away. However, on last day, we had hotel breakfast for convenience. It was actually very good, reasonably priced with an excellent range of options. "

"Our room was clean & quiet. The breakfast was good, though there were no free tables on our first morning - a party of 40 french tourists all wanted to eat at the same time so very busy & very noisy. They all left around the same time so the restaurant became much quieter. On our second day the environment was much more relaxed, quieter & much easy to find an unoccupied table."
