And it took about 10 minutes before someone came to the front desk to check me and another guest behind me in line in. The room was great and the bed was comfortable. But we had to buy another blanket because there wasn't enough covers (additional one not provided). "

"The staff was friendly but when I asked for 1st floor like I usually always get... They put me on the 3rd floor... Other than that I had an appointment that day and was down the block from the office... Close to a lot of restaurants and a hospital if needed... It's always a good experience for me because it's convenient, quiet and close to everything I need. "

"Bad area . Dark parking slots. Make it if you arrive late not safe hotel . There is a right outside door with out lock and any security camera in this side of the building. Say it will be locked but the lock isn’t installed. We saw many of homeless around the hotel ."

"The service at this hotel is great! We received free snacks and bottles of water upon checking in. Breakfast food was plentiful, and the potato was delicious. The room was a bit outdated with a musty smell, and there was no smart TV. Bathroom was clean though, but the shower could be slippery, so watch out for that. Free laundry machines were a great plus! "
