One staff member was not helpful. He was just odd. Said his computer could not check me in and asked me To give my credit card info on a piece of paper. I said no. He just stared at me. Girl at desk next to him got me checked in right away with no problem. She was nice. No idea if that was a scam attempt? Property itself didn’t seem very inviting. Very sterile, industrial, cold. Room was clean. Bed comfortable. But don’t think we will be back / not our vibe. No cozy gathering spaces to chat etc.

Parking was terrible no room in parking garage, unless you wanted to pay valet to park. Only issue in an otherwise excellent venue!
