This house has all the architectural charm of a historic home with the added bonus of an updated kitchen and newly renovated bathrooms. This home is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood but still near the heart of town. You will be a 5-10 minute drive or 2-3 mile walk to hot spots in Covington, Newport, and Cincinnati! The space 1st floor: Living room: Equipped with a 65 inch smart TV with Netflix and built-in Chromecast Kitchen: Fully stocked including a Keurig Duo and teapot with complimentary K-cups, coffee grounds, tea bags, sweetener, and creamer Dining room: Table seats 8 Full bathroom (newly added in 2024) Private fenced-in backyard Nest thermostat 2nd floor: Primary bedroom: King bed! A smart TV with Netflix and built-in Chromecast, blackout curtains, and office space Second bedroom: Queen bed Third bedroom: Bunk beds (full bed with twin on top).
