Along with the amazing amenities, this. 2 bed/2 bath apartment features high ceilings, a spacious fully equipped kitchen & living area, a dedicated work space, in-unit laundry and a king-sized bed. There is ample closet space for storage and a spacious bathroom with a deep tub perfect for soaking after a long day. Enjoy the remarkable views of the beautiful city and river from the rooftop lounge which features multiple grills and fire pits. The indoor/outdoor pool and sky lounge is the perfect place to relax. A fitness center open 24 hours and multiple lounges and business centres available for those looking for a quiet place to work. Located in the Central Business District in Downtown Cincinnati. Minutes to the Great American Ball Park/Paul Brown Stadium, Fountain Square, U.S Bank Arena, the Banks, Over-the-Rhine, and much more. Please note we provide bedding/linens for our beds only, if you will be using the couch for 1 guest to sleep on you are responsible to bring additional bedding as needed. Not available in person but always online to assist my guests at anytime. Parking is not included. Guests are responsible for their own consumables after the initial supply. ➤A security deposit of $150 shall be collected securely through our trusted property management system to cover specific incidents, including but not limited to damage to household linens. Pursuant to the building management policy, a replacement fee of $500 shall be imposed for any lost, damaged, or unreturned building key or access fob. In the event that the replacement fee exceeds the amount of the security deposit, the Guest shall remain fully liable for the outstanding balance, which shall be due and payable upon demand. ➤Guests must provide a government-issued ID and complete a screening form through our verified property management platform. ➤Failure to complete the ID verification or security deposit process will result in a canceled reservation with no refund. ➤Note: The individual making the booking must be the one staying at the property. Guests found disrespecting the community policies may be fined and/or may have their reservation cancelled without refund. 《 NO PARTIES》 There is a $1000.00 surcharge charged to groups that are deceitful about the use of the unit. Please be transparent and honest. Guests partying will be asked to vacate the property immediately without refund. 《 NO UNREGISTERED GUESTS》 All guests must be registered for liability purposes. ➤A surcharge of $50.00 per undeclared guest per night will be applied for each unapproved guest. Our cleaners and inventory is scheduled and prepared according to the number of guests occupying the unit.\*\* 《 SECURITY CAMERA 》 Under no circumstances is the security camera to be removed or disabled in any way that is found on the outer door frame of the unit. This is a stipulation and requirement from building management for our units and the camera must be functional at all times. Any cameras removed or disabled will be considered a violation of the booking and a fine of $500 is applicable. This security camera captures activity Outside of the unit only. 《 CHECK-OUT TIMES 》 Check-out times are firm unless scheduled and confirmed 24 hours in advance and only if it does not disturb upcoming guest reservations. ➤$50.00/hour penalty is applied if guests fail to check out by 11am as my cleaners are on tight schedules. 《 CHECK-IN TIMES 》 Guests are also expected to adhere to the check-in time. If a guest arrives before the scheduled check-in time and requests early access, an early check-in fee of $50 per hour will be applied. This fee covers the additional expenses associated with accommodating early arrivals. 《 GARBAGE 》 Garbage is to be thrown out in a sealed bag in the trash chute on your floor. Garbage is not to accumulate in the unit and is not to be disposed of anywhere else in the building and community amenities. 《 LOCK ALL WINDOWS & DOORS 》 Please lock all windows and doors if you are not home and upon check-out. 《 LIGHTS 》 Please turn off lights when not in use. The good: amazing location, comfy bed, beautiful building (until you get to the actual apartments), good amenities in the buildingThe bad:-horrible pillows (bring your own, trust me)-dirty dusty dingy bathrooms-all the linens were folded and put away damp so they were musty (who doesn’t love using a damp towel to shower)-the world’s loudest rattling HVAC system-shattered glass closet door that is a lawsuit waiting to happen (limited use of closet to avoid injury or further damage)-loose sliding floorboards that we slipped and fell on, another lawsuit waiting to happenThe icing on the cake though is the third lawsuit awaiting to happen,-extremely cheap flat pack furniture that will literally collapse when you sit in it, or stab you in the buttock with screws. Then when you notify the host of the issue with the seating, they promise to arrange for other options then ghost you for the whole weekend, leaving your 4 guests with 2 functional chairs.
