Terrible experience.

Posted 18-Jul-2016
We were given the keys to the wrong room. Someone else's occupied room. Once in our own room it was dirty & gross. (Especially the bathroom.) We changed travel plans and canceled our 2nd night stay. I will NEVER stay at another Baymont Inn & Suites.

Overbooked rooms

Posted 17-Jul-2016
Location: Great access to King's Island and eating places nearby...
Arrived at hotel as was told that there were no rooms available. Expedia has overbooked double rooms and there was nothing that could be done. Had to end up settling for a king room for a family of 4.

Close to Kings Island

Posted 16-Jul-2016
While the overall experience wasn't bad, there are a few things that need to be looked at. For instance the room we stayed in had a smoke detector that was hanging down from the ceiling and we had asked to have fixed and never was and then maybe if the breakfast choices could be reevaluated. Maybe have more of a selection to choose from and keep up on keeping it stocked throughout breakfast hours.

Close to attractions, but you get what you pay for

Posted 16-Jul-2016
Loud children running in hallways playing ball in the lobby ,empty beer bottles in lobby, pool not well kept,no towels for pool except the towel having from the sprinkler on the ceiling. Continental breakfast had several choices, but thecarea was too small fir the amount if guests there to be able to sit down and eat. bed was comfortable, but the room was not very clean. It is close to attractions, but you get what you pay for. Spend a little more for a good experience.

Really old

Posted 15-Jul-2016
Pros: Staff was great
Cons: Rooms need new AC's (pretty sure they were from the 70's). Elevator had issues and didn't work all the time. Guess we just expected more from Baymont
Location: Great lo-cal, really close to kings island
Old hotel that's needs lots of upgrades. Staff were helpful and friendly

I got what I paid for

Posted 15-Jul-2016
I came for business, not Kings Island. This appeared to be an older hotel, small elevator which worked on/off, non-smoking room smelled musty and like smoke, bathroom so small its hard to close door - I guess paying under $100, you can't expect much more. I'd pay a little more next time to get a more updated, fresh/clean experience.
