Located steps from Findlay Market, these two side-by-side townhomes are the perfect place to launch your Cincinnati adventure. Walkable to everything in Over the Rhine and downtown, you\`ll have four bedrooms, three full bathrooms and a half bath, and multiple roof decks and balconies. Sip your coffee on the roof deck in the morning, walk to the stadiums and the best bakeries, cafes, bars, and restaurants in Cincinnati, or hop on the Streetcar to catch a Reds game. You will love it here. Please note that the free parking space is ONE monthly garage parking pass for a garage about a 3-5 minute walk away that is available ONLY for stays of 28 days or longer. Our neighborhood, Over the Rhine, is home to Cincinnati\`s best and most numerous bars, restaurants, cafes, parks, and even two breweries in walking distance. We\`re walking distance to Music Hall and the spaces where the Opera, Ballet, and Symphony play. If you\`re here for the baseball game, Great American ballpark is just over a 1 mile walk (or rather, hop on the Streetcar a few blocks away!). We\`re also one of the country\`s largest intact historic neighborhoods, with an absolutely beautiful stock of charming Italianate architecture. Please note that the building does not have private parking, but there is plentiful street parking on weekdays, an affordable garage a 5-minute walk away (0.3 miles walk), and an even more inexpensive lot an 8 minute walk away. Once settled, you can easily walk to or from most areas of Over the Rhine. Alternatively, you can hop on the streetcar (for free) a few blocks away. Just remember your mask. The streetcar will take you all the way north to Rhinegeist brewery (also walkable) or south all the way to the Riverfront and the ballparks. Uber, Lime, Bird are ubiquitous and you can get almost anywhere you want on them. Please read our house rules thoroughly. \----------Section 1 - Security Deposits:------------ This property has a security deposit hold collected by us via credit/debit card. It is similar to an incidentals hold that you would pay at a hotel prior to checking in. At our discretion we may waive this deposit hold. We collect this security deposit through your credit card. It is between $300 - $500 (see the listing check-out page for details). \----------Section 2- Important House Rules (and Consequences) ------------ We strive to provide a polite request to come into compliance with our rules in the event of issues. If the request is not honored then your reservation may be terminated without refund, at our discretion. If you place the reservation without contacting us first then you may be denied entry, at our discretion. CONSEQUENCES FOR THROWING PARTIES INCLUDES PROSECUTION: Parties and amplified music are strictly forbidden without our advance, written consent. Under Ohio Revised Code and Cincinnati municipal code, throwing an unauthorized party is considered criminal trespassing. See ORC 2911.21\. If you throw an unauthorized party, we may choose to press charges for criminal trespass. You and your guests may be arrested on-site and prosecuted to the full extent of the law, at our discretion. Whether behavior constitutes a party is determined at our sole discretion, but would include things like bringing extra guests into the property, people coming in and out, etc. NOISE AND DISRUPTIVE BEHAVIOR: Please observe quiet hours from 9:30pm-8am. In the event of a disturbance, one polite request (warning) may be given to come into compliance. If the request is not honored then your reservation will be terminated without refund. Amplified music is strictly forbidden at all hours without our advance written consent. SMOKING AND FLAMES NOT ALLOWED: Do not smoke or light anything in this property. This includes tobacco, marijuana, incense, candles, hookah, and anything else. VIOLATING OUR RULES MAY RESULT IN RESERVATION TERMINATION: At our discretion, we may terminate your reservation for a violation of our house rules -- no matter the time of day or night. You will not be refunded and may incur additional fees. DISHONEST OR ABUSIVE BEHAVIOR: Dishonest behavior may result in termination of your reservation without refund, at our discretion. Abusive behavior will result in termination of your reservation without refund: yelling at, screaming at, swearing at, or menacing members of our team is considered abusive behavior. WE RETAIN COMPLETE CONTROL OF THE PROPERTY: We reserve the right to terminate any reservation for any reason without refund if we believe, at our sole discretion, that you have done anything or intend to do anything that would harm people or property, disturb our neighbors, or harm the reputation of our property. If we have any reason to believe that you intend to throw a party then you will be denied entry. \----------Section 4 - Additional Fees and how to Avoid Them ------------ The following may incur a fee: 1) Cleanup of human biomaterial (e.g. vomit, defecation) will result in a minimum $300 cleaning fee. 2) Pet hair: $300 cleaning fee for cleanup of excessive pet hair, at our discretion. If you have a pet that sheds, bring lint rollers and remove your pet\`s hair from the property. 3) Stains on the carpets or linens: $89 cleaning fee per item or cost to replace, whichever is higher. 4) Smoking ANYTHING indoors: $300 cleaning fee. No exceptions. Just don\`t do it. 5) There is a $170 re-keying fee for unreturned keys. Unfortunately if you do not return the key then we have no choice but to have a locksmith change the lock. 6) Deep Cleaning: Units found with unreasonable amounts of waste, in complete disorder, and/or “trashed” will be subject to an additional $200 cleaning fee, or actual cost to clean, whichever is higher. Stays longer than 14 days are subject to an additional $120 deep cleaning fee which we will collect through the Airbnb resolution center. 7) Security fees: If we incur security / fire department / police fees or other costs arising out of or in connection with your behavior at the property, then you will be billed the cost. We had two units in Cincinnati's Over-the-Rhine area, very convenient to downtown and restaurants. The units had everything we needed, and the owners were so helpful in giving us details about the area and restaurant recommendations. Convenient parking, nice living space, and two beautiful kitchens. Awesome courtyard area, with so many little balconies to enjoy. Street access to both houses makes it easy for a larger party. Comfy beds and plenty of them!
