    "This was the most amazing stay. We spotted this hotel from the outside 2 weeks earlier and reserved. It is a museum and epic adventure. The staff at every station were truly kind and concerned with our every need. The room is outstanding. Dining is wonderful. Welcome massage was divine. "早朝から複数人の子供が廊下や部屋で騒ぎ出し、大人も注意することがなかった。 10分くらい我慢しフロントへでんわしたが、対応したのかどうかわからない。 20分以上大声で話をしていた。 その後、寝られなくなってしまい、寝不足の1日であった。 監視カメラや宿泊記録があるだろうから、出禁にして欲しいくらいです。 毎月利用しているホテルですが、この様なことが起きたのは初めてです。 今後は、対応を速やかにしてもらいたいです。"
