"Riverside Aparthotel was an updated, clean, modern apartment close to all Krakow city attractions. Convenient to Old Town and to Kazimierz. Front desk was very friendly and helpful. I would book again for trip to Krakow. "

"The hotel is spotless throughout, great staff nothing is a problem for them all very polite and courteous. Breakfast was excellent standard and great choice.
Rooms are a good size and a good standard for a 4 star hotel.
Great location to get to all the main attractions and walkable to the main square.
The reception team arranged tours to The salt mines and Auschwitz which came to the hotel to pick us up

"Fantastic location right in the heart of old town. Surrounded by restaurants and stores. Really nice bathroom, clean room and comfortable bed. My room was a bit warm but the fan did the job. The hotel gavecearplugs but i didn't actually find it too noisey..there was a humm of people out dinibg & ealking the streets butcall was quiet byvthe time i went to bed. Would definately stay here again."
