"Beautiful hotel with very professional staff. The rooms were very nice and the bathrooms were extra sparkly (Clean). Breakfast selections were quite good. One pet peeve, the lobby is too small and it is a very busy hotel. Excellent location with proximity to main rail station and just a short walk to the major square and many other points of interest."

"Great view of the river (but a bit noisy), opulent room, huge tub!, great location, large room, towel warmer, hairdryer, soap, vanity kits, huge breakfast with anything you want ( no decaf), free water in lobby ( bring your bottle). Staff was delightful. Wonderful stay all around!"

"Clean room with good breakfast. Hotel is convenient for tourist attractions and plenty of restaurants nearby. I would class this as a 4 star hotel not 5. "

"Good location. The hotel was very clean and all the staff were very friendly. The keys to the room are big, but you’re able to leave with the staff so you don’t have to try to fit it in your bag/purse. Would recommend to anyone staying in Prague. "

"The property cannot be reached by taxi or Uber so you have to walk a way for transportation even with your luggage. There is no working phone in the room. Other than those two issues, the hotel is nice. The rooms are very quiet and really large; the bathrooms were big; and the breakfast buffet was substantial. Most of all, the location was excellent. I would readily stay there again."
