"A very clean property, in an extremely good location. The check in is very smooth. One small issue we had (but not at all the fault of the owner) is that Saturday night it was very noisy due to loud music and various people having fun right under the windows and using the steps towards the entrance as seating. It was noy easy to fall asleep. This lasted until almost 3am. But this was the case only on Saturday and is the consequence of a great location. Maybe we were unlucky and other saturdays this does not happen. Parking is also not easy, but you can find nearby and walk a bit. Just be careful not to cross the ZTL. "

"Wonderful stay at La terra - stunning spacious room. Fantastic staff. Especially the lady on reception. Only negative was breakfast was pretty poor - coffee okay but when I asked for a normal yogurt and not 0 fat - I got laughed at. No choice of breakfast at all. So we didn’t go for the second day. However it’s right in town and the stay was good."

L'appartement a du cachet, tout est propre, vous retrouverez plusieurs facilités. L'hôte est disponible au besoin pour tous les conseils souhaités. Un séjour de rêve!!! N.B: il est préférable d'être à l'aise avec les escaliers puisque le logement est sur 2 paliers. Pour nous, c'était sans problème. Merci pour tout, nous avons adoré!!!"

"At first, I was a bit worried after reading some negative reviews about ant infestations, cleanliness, and the balcony view. However, everything was amazing. We stayed in the Mosaica apartment, which was very clean, and there was no bad smell in the bathroom—so we didn’t experience any of the issues mentioned in other reviews. The balcony was beautiful, with lovely cactuses and a great view of the city—spacious and very enjoyable. The apartment itself was also beautiful, bright, and filled with natural light, with large windows opening to the terrace. We had everything we needed, including an iron and a hair dryer."
