"For what it is and how affordable the pricing was we honestly enjoyed our stay, the rooms are gated off with doors that you have to have your access key to enter. Our stay was very quiet and we felt safe. The room was clean and all the appliances worked just fine, if you are looking for a basic clean place to stay this is it. The room had all your basic furniture and appliances, couch, tables, stove, microwave, and more also had cooking pans and dishes as well as utensils. "

"The house was the perfect setup for us, we ended up using all 4 bedrooms as more came to help cook for my daughters wedding, the owner had a little hiccup with some lighting that happened while doing upgrades to the home the week before but handled it like a champ, of all the places I’ve stayed and owners I’ve met these were class act people. The facilities were on point as well as the WiFi and transportation, uber had us downtown at the restaurant and bar in no time. The neighbors are super nice and even offered to help cook. Don’t look at our mess in the photos haha we cleaned it up."
"The fact that I found what looks like a broken crack pipe under my sheets should say everything about the type of the property this is. On top of that, the sheets look like they never get washed. There were cobwebs everywhere, including the room they moved me too. As nice as the guy was at the front desk, it doesn’t make up for this. "
