There’s absolutely no outside lighting on the beach level rooms. Fiancé couldn’t even leave me in the room alone because there was a guy standing by our room with a knife out, just looking around. Bunch of sketchy people here.

I stayed here with my sister-in-law, my mother-in-law and our five children at one point the Deadbolt in our room got jammed and we were locked inside of our room. The lady at the front desk had no concern when my sister-in-law who was on the outside of the door, went up there to let her know what was going on and was too busy on her phone To be worried at the fact that we were locked in our room with no way out they ended up having to cut our door off to allow us to get out after about an hour and a half of Waiting Same there was a fire Directly two rooms above us We were never informed we only found out due to needing to get a new key for our room and being trampled by the hundreds of firefighters the room was never cleaned before we got there. It was just a terrible experience all in all.

Zero towels. I had to keep going down to the front to ask for them for them to tell me they were out. The cable did not work. Rooms were disgusting and so were pooling areas!

Our 1st room the ceiling was black mold and falling in. We were moved to a room without mold. But it was super dirty,smelled like old stale meldue. Microwave is rusting out on the inside the carpet made your socks black, all the lamp shades were rusting out! Very old hotel NASTY. We were told it was a accident that they have us the balck moold exception to that lie i saw them rent it to 2 other people in the 5 days we were there !! Ridiculous! It should not be rented to anyone nd im not sure how whyndam rewards would ever put there name on it.

We ended up having to get a refund because everything in the room was dirty, including the towels, sheets, pillows, counter tops, and the floors. There was garbage all over the floors and had not been vacuumed in what appeared to be at least 2 weeks or more. They had falsely advertised the condition of the rooms by a long shot. Also, when we went to check in, the lobby was closed and we were sent over to the hotel next door to check in.

If you can get catfished by a hotel, then this is the one for you. The oictures online showed a clean beautiful room with two beds, an additional room with a couch and TV area. All in clean, neat order. Not at all what the room was like. From the start, the door into the room looked like someone had already tried to open it with a prybar. The beds were not in the same area, but thats ok at least there were two. All of the appliances were from the 90's, the carpet was worn, frayed and gross. The entire hotel was like this. The staff at check in was friendly and called us to check in early. The cleaning staff was also very nice and helpful. You know its a bad hotel when you go to check out, the sign on the main door says closed till 7am (it was 8:02) and no one answered the front desk phone. Even the staff mentioned the new GM has just been letting the hotel go to waste. Sad. It is in a great spot of thebbeach strip, walking distance to restaurants, puer park and right on the beach. We will not stay at this location again.

This is a get what you pay for property. We figured we got the low price for booking during the off season, definitely not. The patio door was difficult to open, peeling paint on the walls, dirty carpets, carpet peeling back to show staples and nails, and broken tiles in the bathroom. Overall dirty, and could definitely use a deep clean.

We had no hot water throughout our stay. The room was in need of some updating as the toilet seat had an issue, and the bath faucet was detached from the wall and was dangling. Our key card did not consistently work and we had to go to the hotel next door to get a new key. The front desk was somewhat friendly but not overly eager to provide good service. We arrived a few hours before checkin and they said they would call us when the room was ready. We sat by the pool and never got a call before going back to reception and the room was ready. We walked into a room where a smoke alarm was beeping every few mins. We alerted the staff and they did remedy the issue.

I checked in after driving 700 miles and was told that the room I booked was not available.I was told that they had only 1 room left which was a hideous room where the door didn’t even lock. I was so exhausted I felt sick.. the room was disgusting so I left shortly after check in and stayed in another hotel room that another family member had. The next morning I went to get my small amount of stuff from the room and stopped at desk to complain and was told owners were in a meeting. I left my name and number with the desk girl and 5 days later never heard a word. This hotel ownership clearly could give a flying stink about customer satisfaction. DO NOT STAY IN THIS DUMP!!

Booked a room for 2days. At check-in they said they didn't have a room available due to it not being clean, along with other rooms not clean. Receptionist said she had to turn away several guest due to this issue. On top of this is was storming. As a local housekeeper this was very disappointing.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!! It’s filthy and outdated and gross. No elevator and no one to help. Spend a little extra and go anywhere else. Also not safe. No lights. Had to use our phone flashlights. Also the battery to the door lock died and had to wait to get into our room to get our stuff at checkout. The keys don’t work!! (And we were blamed for it…must have been too close to our phone or we weren’t doing it right. Horrible experience. REPEAT WITH URENCY…DO NOT STAY HERE!!

Great view but not good hotel
Check in ends at midnight but lobby is closed from 11pm until 7 am. So if you need anything, you can't get anyone and noone is there. Phone in room didn't work, sliding door was hard to open, mold in bathroom. View was great.

When we arrived, we were met by a nice young lady. She sent us to our room snd when we opened the door, the room was nothing like the pictures on the website. The floor was disgusting. You couldn’t shut the bathroom door or even open it the entire way bc the sink was in the way. When we walked to the living area, the couch had rips and tears in it and we couldn’t get the slider open at all. The free breakfast consisted of packaged muffins, and bengals, bananas, packaged cereal, milk and coffee. The pictures of the rooms and property were very deceiving. Will NEVER stay there again.

This place was filthy. Linens and towels were dirty, matress had what looked like mold. Everything was rusty. The complimentary soaps they had in the bathroom had been used and were sandy. Blood on the side of the bathtub and hair all over the floor. I can not say enough bad things about this place. The only appealing thing about this place was the fact that it was beachfront. The quality of this place for the price was ridiculous. DO NOT STAY HERE.

The Ramada that Wyndham shouldn't own...
it was in really bad shape, the rooms were not very nice, looks like they haven't been updated in 30 years. The motel is being remodeled. The area that is being remodeled is not blocked off and invites danger. The bathrooms are really small and the toilets are very tiny. The doors to the room do not close well. The hot tub did not work. The front desk was not attended for extended periods of time. The breakfast was next to nothing and no coffee... DO not take your kids of family here....
