"They shouldn’t accommodate people in a room right next to the front desk, the noisy part of the hotel. Crazy loud specially when operating big tours and groups of vacationers.
Super noisy, kids running up and down the stairs and aisle all night long"

"Wonderful hotel close to all of the wonderful sites in Florence. Super close to train station and lots of restaurants and wine bars. Our two twin bed room was very comfortable and spacious for Italy. Delicious breakfast each day in a beautifully painted dining hall. I felt like a Medici. Staff was super helpful with tours and directions. Highly recommend this gem and will gladly come back and stay every time I go to this magical city!!"
