I made a mistake on booking (I also blame Expedia), and I had the wrong dates, but Ed at the Villa was kind enough to correct this big mistake for me, which wasn’t as easy at it sounds. I really appreciate that. The villa was in the best area. I love the location, and that it near the beach, food, and fun. I’m giving it a 4 because housekeeping needs to step-up a bit. It was quite dusty, and dirt was missed on shelves, floors and around bases of furniture. I’m also giving it a 4 due to the fact that laundry facilities were advertised, but you have to be let in, and you have to share with housekeeping-it is not available at your convenience, so I wasn’t able to my laundry, like I planned. Lastly, the beds weren’t very comfortable, and the A/C kept breaking. They were extremely fast to fix the unit. They replaced it within an hour of my call, but the second one didn’t work either.
