"Excellent hotel if in transit through Changi, only one stop on the metro or $18.50 by taxi from the airport. Impeccable, comfortable and very efficiently sound proofed room and attached to a shopping mall with lots of eateries and a supermarket. Ticked all my boxes!"

"Hotel is in a very good location with a train station right next to it. The staff were very friendly. Especially Faeez from concierge he was very helpful and polite. One thing I would recommend the hotel is that to be able to make use of the complimentary head neck and shoulder massage that comes with the club rooms, should be available to redeem every day and not only only on specific days and times as with a busy schedule I was not able to meet the time stated to be able to get the massage. Also there really isn’t much of a view out the window and most of the building is covered up with the metal frame which the trees grow around it. Maybe you could have cut outs of the metal frames around all the room windows. Other than that I would definitely recommend to come stay here and definitely book the club rooms as you will have access to the club floor where the pool is much better and has a nice view compared to the pool that all the standard rooms have access to. "
