Great hotel. Very classy. Close to Sentral Station and all the sights of the lake gardens. 15 min walk to Central Market/China Town and hourly shuttles to the malls. Great breakfast. Great gym. Good pool. Fantastic room service. Beautiful lounge. Nice room and lovely bathroom. Strong wifi.

As before, I enjoyed being in a comfortable room on non-smoking floor with good amenities and access to excellent food and city life in vicinity of hotel. I appreciated being able to open the windows when I chose and reduce dependence on airconditioning.
Hotel is across the road from Central Station which is connected to the Nu Shopping Mall. Very convenient to airport as you can catch the KLIA Express to/from the hotel and only takes 31mins for Rms55.00 as oppose to Rms135 and 1hr by taxi.
Gym is shared with Hilton (which is not a problem) but too small for the number of users when you combine the two hotels.

Superior Room is excellent for the price. 5 star finishes and the room is huge. Having a separate living area to bedroom really helps when one partner wants to turn in early or have a late nap.
The complimentary breakfast was looked forward to every morning as a subset of the buffet changed daily and had interesting items. The breakfast was actually held at the building next door (connected by a walkway) in a franchise cafe, but that was no problems for us. Certainly better than a hotel putting on a simpler continental breakfast with only fruit and coffee.
Staff service was exemplary, often going out of their way to help us with suitcases or bags. Once a staff member ran across the driveway to the footpath to assist me with shopping when they noticed I was walking with a limp.
Checkout is a luxurious midday which can be extended to 2pm by asking if a late check out is possible.
