Sightseeing around Chinatown

The museums and monuments are some of the local highlights. National Planetarium, Orang Asli Crafts Museum, and Royal Malaysian Police Museum feature a variety of exhibits. At National Museum, National Textiles Museum, and Kuala Lumpur City Gallery, you'll learn about local culture. Malayan Railway Administration Building, National Mosque, and Islamic Arts Museum are monuments worth a look. Getting around Chinatown

For a quick way to explore the city, catch a ride on metro transit at Maharajalela Station, Tun Sambanthan Station, or KL Sentral Station. To see the sights outside of town, hop aboard a train. Kuala Lumpur KTM Komuter Station is the closet train station, but Kuala Lumpur Station and Kuala Lumpur Pasar Seni Station are also nearby.

Chinatown is 8.8 miles (14.1 km) from the airport in Subang (SZB-Sultan Abdul Aziz Shah). You can also fly in and out of Kuala Lumpur (KUL-Kuala Lumpur Intl.), which is located 26.2 miles (42.2 km) away.
