Pricing and the fact that it was pet friendly was the only good thing. I wasn’t expecting a lot from a smoking room. There was burns on literally everything. Even the tv remote. The sheets and towels were all stained with who knows what. Less than a quarter of a roll of TP. Floors were not properly mopped. There was not good working heat. And to top it off we were placed between people who were living in the motel. On one side there were quiet respectful people and on the other side there was someone dealing drugs out of the room. Traffic all night long with loud cars and people. We also had our child with us, which was totally not cool. If you don’t mind these things, this is the place for you.

These people kicked me Out for not signing a paper after staying there for almost 3 months! Then the man who k assume Owns the place put his hands aggressively on another child(a bystander)

We went to 3 different rooms to finally get one with heat and not tons of cockroachs. However I added a 3rd day to our stay and I had to leave instead of stay. While I was gone doing work a hotel worker unlocked the door and barged in the room. My UNDERAGE daughter had just got out of the shower and was getting dressed as he walked straight past my wife who was scared and couldn't stop him. He walked into the bathroom thankfully my daughter had just got a shirt on real quick. He then took 1 or the 2 towels and put his arm around my daughter and asked if she liked Indians. I hurried back to get them because they were scared but before I got back that guy came back and told my wife she should leave the hotel. Talked to a neighboring room person who came out as I was flipping out and she said the same thing happened to her but her dog was able to make him leave. I would absolutely avoid this horrible place. I will never return there again. The hotel owner says that worker is innocent and just being friendly and is ok with his actions. Please protect yourself and your children and avoid this place.

I made this reservation for a wheelchair disabled Veteran participating in a DAV hunt that I run. when he arrived at the motel he said is credit card was refused. why they wouldn't accept mine I don't know but this gentleman with glocoma, who can't see well at night, drove from Circleville to Cincinnati Ohio endangering his life and the lives of others. I graded the motel low because "the local opinion" is that it has roaches, is dirty and is a good drug location. When I was relating the story many of them said don't ever send anyone there for those reasons. Frank even said while he was waiting that a woman came in the office with a roach complaint in her room. she wanted her money back so she could go elsewhere.

Faucet was broken in sink, the room phone had no phone cable so it was a paperweight i guess. I'm visually impaired and there was so little light in the room i kept kicking things.

didnt care at all the web site is deceiving 1. there was no refrigde as shown no lighting in the room 2. smoke detector they werent working , if i wanted to just sleep i wouldve stay home for the price for one night . we were not happy i wouldnt remend this place to anyone .and it was very noisy

It was a place to sleep….thats about it
Booked the room because it was cheap but sadly not as cheap as it should’ve been. The sign out front boasted newly renovated rooms. Hopefully they just hadn’t gotten to the room we stayed in yet because it was in sad shape. The bed was old and uncomfortable. The walls were poorly patched in places and some were in serious need of patching. There were cigarette burns in the bedding. Cleanliness was questionable. Website also advertised that breakfast was included but there was not. Definitely wouldn’t stay here again

I'm glad it for just an overnight stay. Front desk wasn't friendly. Room wasn't cleaned very well there was hairs in th sink. It had an ice bucket but no cups. Floors weren't level. I would not book a room again. Wouldn't allow my pets to stay here.

This place was extremely run down, shady characters were lurking about that made us feel unsafe, broken down cars, trash everywhere, the brick that made the planters had been hit a lot and was moved all over the planters, and weeds growing everywhere; the internet picture made it look nice, the internet pictures must be over 20 years old or they're pictures of a different place. The room was advertised as a non-smoker room, but it reaped with cigarette smoke, which they try to cover up with some sort of nasty smelly stuff that combined was nauseating, and we are both allergic to cigarette odor. The website advertised free breakfast, they don't do breakfast at all. Our unit had not been cleaned even with dirt on the floor; it hadn't been painted in a very long time, the flooring was cracked, the walls had holes, the electrical outlet was hanging out of the wall, and the furniture had been pretty well trashed. My wife and I couldn't stay there, had to find another place, we came back about 2 hours later and they refused to refund our money. I took pictures of the inside, but this site won't let me post them. I would not recommend this place to my worse enemy!

No breakfast even though that is listed. Rooms are not new at all. No bathroom shelving. Only 2 towels and 3 pillows. Floors are all scratched and missing pieces. Dresser is pealing paint and scratched. Couch cushions had stains. Bar next door is pretty cool but very loud. The fridge did work but the microwave took almost 3x longer.

New Room sign is false advertisement.
Stayed in room 329, the floor was dirty, the bed was lumpy and the sheets had cigarette burns in them, the walls could use a new coat of paint, the shower had electrical or duct tape holding the shower head on and the drain was messed up. They do not offer hair dryers. The door barely locks. The room overall was barely livable. Definitely won’t stay there again and would recommend no one else stays there either. With all that said the only reason we stayed there was because there were not any other hotels available near Columbus and we were attending the Buckeye Country Superfest. This hotel was 30 miles from Ohio Stadium and the ONLY one that had a room available.

Our room was beat up. Hole in the bathtub, busted up door and flooring, bathroom ceiling falling down. Tub would barely drain. There was unidentifiable garbage in the dresser and old bandaid left on tub surround(its still there). The biggest disappointment was no breakfast. I always pick cheap hotels with breakfast to keep my traveling expenses down. There was a dining room filled with boxes and coffee no where. There was a coffee pot in my room but it didnt work. I tried going to the office to make sure i wasnt charged for damages already there, but the door was locked and no one there. I tried each day before leaving for work and upon return. When i "checked" out. No one was in office. A box for keys. Again on my way to work, so I couldnt wait for someone. I usually dont leave reviews but, if you are advertising something, then I expect it to be there. Very disappointed with this inn.

The rooms was not as expected. One room had a very soft spot in the floor. The water didn't stay hit enough to take a good shower. The shower head way so low that even my wife who is short had to bend way over to rinse her hair. And the price inwas quoted was not the price i got charged. I will not ever stay at that motel again and i will make sure to tell others not to use it

Bed sheets were reused from the previous customer. Stains on pillow, cigarette burn holes in sheets. Door was not sealed. You could see daylight from underneath and there was a terrible draft. Bathroom tub hadn't been cleaned in a while. The tub itself was stained and the shower head had years worth of buildup and gunk on it. Office was closed when i went to check out in the morning. The room might as well been a tool shed or a barn.
