"Gracious staff in a good hotel located just over a block away from the train station so the location was incredible with easy access to the subway. It worked very well for our time in Milan."

There was only a single power source adjacent to the bed, and it was USB-C. The air conditioning was not functioning properly. This probably sounds harsher than the experience I had, but it could be much better."

"Pros: Hotel Brunelleschi is very close to Milan Duomo and other places we wanted to visit. The breakfast selection is varied and choices were tasty. Dining staff were very attentive and friendly. Cons: The bed was the most uncomfortable bed I can remember trying to sleep on and the pillow was just as bad. We did ask for and receive a softer pillow that helped. The WiFi was very unreliable. WiFi frequently stopped working. "
