"Great place to stay when visiting downtown Chico and Chico State. Super convenient to walk to everything. The front desk was helpful and personable. The breakfast was fresh and made to order- with a very nice cook who gave me some great tips about the area and was accommodating to my son’s food allergies. Will definitely stay here again when we come back to Chico. . "

"The staff here is amazing!!! Everyone is super welcoming and friendly. It can get a little loud on weekends(because its super close to downtown), but the bed waa super comfortable, the rooms are spacious, and it's a great location with restaurants in walking distance. I would highly recommend. "

"This is an older motel in downtown Chico, so the decor is a little dated and the rooms are showing their age. I’d say this is an OK place, given the price, location and free parking. I had noisy neighbors (until 2 am) above me, but that was just bad luck. Didn’t hear or see other problems with guests. Check-in ws fast and easy; guy behind the desk was very nice."
