Crouchers is set on the outskirts of Chichester. The Harbour is a short walk/drive. Ample car parking and friendly staff. Room was clean and tidy, bed was very comfortable though it did squeak a little. plently of lovely fluffy towels and tea/coffee etc replaced on a daily basis. Our room was dog friendly. There was a patio door and a small patio with seating and a grassed area. unfortunately there was no barrier between our garden area and the adjoining area so we couldnt just let the dog out into the garden. The bathroom had a fabulous bath. I'm quite broad and was able to lay in it comfortably without having to pull my shoulders in. The shower had a lot of pressure and was very refreshing. Despite being near a busyish road there wasnt a lot of traffic noise as the room had double glazing. Only 2 criticisms ..Firstly .. Why do they make the rooms so damned hot what you walk in ? The radiator was flat out and it must have been about 35deg C in that room. had to open all windows and doors and let it cool down. Secondly .. Cost of drinks in the bar £13.30 for a glass of red wine and a pint of estrella !!! no wonder the bar was empty. Would stay here again but take my own drink !!
