In case there was a problem in the room, you could easily request a change or, in your case, cancellation. It has been reviewed again. We did not find details of water pressure, refrigerator operation, the pool was used without problems, etc. The hotel is not luxury for the amount you pay. The concept is inspired by a Valladolid house. As mentioned in the description and photos on the portal, it is exactly as the service is offered.
