Well worth staying here.
I was on a return trip to the UK and had pre booked two rooms at The Warwick.
Location, well we'd never been to Chicago so this was a great location on the Magnificent Mile at the junction of N Michigan & E Huron which is a few blocks from Lake Michigan in one direction, and ideal for The Navy Pier, and six or seven from the river.
On arrival we were politely greeted at the entrance and a pleasing foyer, and directed to the first floor reception, where (I believe Russell) the staff member introduced himself and dealt with all the necessary paperwork and hotel introduction. Also located here is a bar with comfortable seating.
Our rooms were 712/713 and located between the sets of lifts/elevators, I have to say neither myself or daughter had any problems with noise from them, unlike some other reviewers and don't overload them or you'll stay put at that spot and the doors will stay open.
A well presented and clean room with large bed, a desk with chair, wall mounted flat screen TV and a seat. The bathroom with large walk-in shower, a wc and basin also provided was a hair dryer was also clean and well presented with sufficient cleaning items should you need them. The only negative, which I reported was the crack in the basin, not caused by me, and which didn't leak.
We didn't eat at the Warwick so I'm unable to comment, but we had a drink and the staff were pleasant and polite.
